SpiceCSM is looking for Exceptional Technical Account Managers
SpiceCSM is a leading developer of software solutions, based in Potsdam NY. We
specialize in connecting enterprise processes, systems and data critical to optimize customer engagement, in today's digital world. Our platform creates a “system of systems” and allows for cross-functional process creation, integration, automation and optimization.
We are currently seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team. Our ideal
member is a tech-savvy professional with the ability to explain technical
details and requirements to a non-technical audience. He/She will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a close, fast-paced environment that is rapidly evolving and be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge to support the sales process and enhance customer relationships.

- General understanding of CRM and case management systems
- Strong understanding of how various applications or systems can work together
- Ability to effectively interact with a wide range of contacts with varying knowledge levels via email, telephone, and video conference
- Exhibit professionalism, dedication to meeting/exceeding expectations, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and use their time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, presentation skills, and sense of ownership
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, both alone and as a part of a team
- Ability to analyze customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions to meet their
requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with training others is a plus
- Experience in process architecture and work-flow development is a plus
- Knowledge or experience of Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus
- Willingness to travel if needed to customer sites for training or consulting engagements.
