Frequently Asked Questions

Which systems can SpiceCSM integrate with?

SpiceCSM is typically able to integrate with any system that you can access the data from.  We can easily connect to any system with an open API.  In most cases we are even able to connect to systems without pre-built connectors, such as legacy systems, so long as there is access to the data.

How difficult is it to connect my data to SpiceCSM?

SpiceCSM was built as a low-code/no-code integration platform.  We are continuously adding plug and play libraries for the most popular software systems.  Generic API nodes just need basic API parameters to configure.

Are there pre-built connectors to other applications?

We have pre-built connectors for many of our partners and commonly used applications that allow you to access commonly used functions with pre-configured nodes.  Including ACD Systems (telephony), CRM's, Billing Systems, and more, we are always adding more of the most popular applications as new libraries to make integration even easier!

Who typically builds integrations with SpiceCSM?

Integrations are typically configured initially by someone with a limited engineering or development background.  SpiceCSM provides a low-code GUI that makes configuration easy for novice users and developers alike.

Who can build processes using the integrated data?

Once the initial data integration is configured, SpiceCSM makes it simple for "Citizen Engineers" to leverage the data through our intuitive Process Editor.  Drag and drop custom business process that collect data for and reference data from the API.
