SpiceCSM to Offer Encast Charitable Giving Platform to Customers

SpiceCSM (http://www.spicecsm.com) has reached an agreement with Encast (http://www.encast.gives) to add its Giving as a Service™ (GaaS) charitable donations platform to the Spice eco-system of fully integrated applications. The service will be made available to all of Spice’s customers.

The two Austin companies will make it possible for employees of SpiceCSM customers to donate a portion of their SpiceCSM subscription service fee to a charity of their choice. They can also give funds that might be provided by the Spice customer, or add their personal financial contributions.

SpiceCSM founder and CEO Mike Ryan announced the offering in conjunction with another integrated partner event at the NICE/In Contact Interactions Customer Service Convention in Las Vegas.

“Every business looks for ways to keep their employees happy and engaged,” said Ryan. “And every study of the work place shows the best way to do that is to give additional meaning to our jobs. Spice wants to help our customers with this by funding donations for their employees, and empower them to make charitable contributions in their communities.”

Ryan’s company will use Encast MyHERO™ to deliver a dashboard to users of the SpiceCSM platform. Spice will seed each worker’s account with money for them to donate to charities that they identify through the platform. Users can add to their donations and use the technology to track volunteer hours. An additional benefit of the agreement allows Spice’s customers to upgrade at any time to Encast’s WorkHERO, which offers payroll deductions, grant-making, and data analytics and reporting.
