SpiceCSM introduces GoToMeeting Integrated Unified Desktop
SpiceCSM introduces our newest integration with GoToMeeting which brings collaboration into the Unified Desktop and CRM. Easily manage meeting, set new appointments, and join meetings from directly within SpiceCSM using GoToMeeting leading teleconference software. Agents can interact with meetings directly or they can be manipulated automatically through processes or decisions the agent makes.
Organize Meetings Methodically with SpiceCSM
With the GoToMeeting integration in SpiceCSM, users leverage guided process workflows that can be programmed to interact with meetings in specific ways. For example; if a customer requires additional support, the process can launch a GoToMeeting session while sending the information to the customer’s email address. Or if information is gathered that prompts a meeting to be scheduled, SpiceCSM presents a calendar with available times or recommendations when the meeting can be booked directly.
Dynamic Scheduling for Better Collaboration
SpiceCSM’s GoToMeeting Integration allows for users to schedule or join meetings, to view, edit, or delete existing meetings. Processes can also be dynamically configured to use various GoToMeeting accounts and schedule meetings on behalf of other users where additional collaboration may be needed. For example, if information is entered into SpiceCSM or a decision indicates a meeting is required for a specific person or group, that specific calendar can be utilized. Those processes can be restricted to those specific scenarios, and users, providing flexibility and security to manage calendars on behalf of other users.
The GoToMeeting Integration can be utilized with existing or new process workflows, within the SpiceCSM Engagement Suite. A GoToMeeting account is required to utilize this integration, however there are no additional dependencies or requirements to implement GoToMeeting within SpiceCSM’s Unified Desktop.
How the Integration Works
In the SpiceCSM low-code Visual Process Editor workflows can be built in our drag and drop designer that utilize these GoToMeeting functions. Visual building blocks can be dragged-and-dropped to create workflows that leverage the SpiceCSM Abstract Layer, a built in IDE, to interact directly with GoToMeeting API’s. All you need to know is what order you want the actions to be in. This allows workflows to be created by non-technical and technical users alike.
