SpiceCSM Logo & Tagline Refresh

The Platform for Digital Transformation is Transforming our Logo! 

We're excited to announce that we are refreshing our logo with a new tagline. As we have continued to enhance the platform we felt it was time to update our tagline to better represent the latest vision and capabilities of SpiceCSM: Simply Future Proof.

Since SpiceCSM was built, the tagline "Really Happy Customers" embodied our vision of providing a platform that streamlined interactions and allowed agents to focus on the best customer experience.  This key value hasn't changed, however we have made significant improvements and enhancements to the platform that have extended the capabilities far beyond your common CRM.  So we thought it was time to refresh our current tagline to something that better represented what the platform has become.

SpiceCSM platform capabilities have been enhanced by extending our industry leading Guided Processes to numerous areas beyond creating a new case, where it is typically used to provide agent scripting and next-best-steps.  The low-code/no-code visual Process Designer can be used to customize and provide additional interfaces and functionality to other areas of the CRM, such as the record display, case history, and case queues; to name a few.  Users can, simply, drag visual components around to create a layout that more closely aligns with how their users work.  Additional functions can be added to areas of the CRM to enhance how users interact with those components.  With these improvements, SpiceCSM has truly become an Enterprise Application Development platform that organizations can build their business with.

SpiceCSM's Integration and modular approach to Customer Engagement make the platform truly future proof.  Integration is such a pivotal component of SpiceCSM because we realized early on that being able to connect to other systems was going to be critical to business continuity.  As businesses add new technology they can easily be incorporated into current processes.  If an application becomes deprecated or a better replacement is identified, those components can be substituted with a new solution by remapping the existing SpiceCSM connections to the new service.  We will, of course, continue to develop platform enhancements that will benefit all of our customers and partners.

Over the next few weeks you will see the SpiceCSM logo start to transition over to the new tagline within the platform, on social media, and in other company content.  Hopefully our reinvigorated tagline helps provide some insight into what our vision of SpiceCSM looks like. Besides the new look, it's business as usual around here!  Stay tuned for more news and updates!
