No problem! We'll figure out what number of users makes the most sense to start with and you will only get billed if you go use more seats.

Is is per named or concurrent user?

Pricing is listed for named users of the SpiceCSM platform.  

Is there a limit to the number of accounts in the CRM?

No, there are currently no limits to the number of records you can manage in the CRM.

Can I create my own CRM fields?

Every package level of SpiceCSM allows you to create your own custom CRM fields to track and display data.
