By submitting your information to SpiceCSM via a webpage form, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between SpiceCSM and the submitting party (“you” or “party”). If you are providing the information for another person, it is your responsibility to ensure the person is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another person you are warranting that you have made the Attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.

SpiceCSM is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you requested from us.  From time to time, we would like to contact you about our products and services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you.

 

Data Storage.

SpiceCSM will record provided contact information and company information in a secure database for the purpose of tracking event metrics, or communicating by email, phone, or mobile phone (if provided) to provide event information or for internal sales and marketing purposes.

Use of Content.

By providing your contact information, you acknowledge and agree to grant SpiceCSM access to use your information for marketing purposes, including feedback, event sessions, and other content produced by SpiceCSM.

Access Conditions.

Your registration entitles you to access to the event for which you have registered.  Any and all other costs associated with your attendance will be borne solely by you, the attendee, and SpiceCSM will have no liability for such costs.

Opting Out.

You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. To unsubscribe simply click the "Opt Out" link at the bottom of any SpiceCSM marketing correspondence to be removed from any future emails from SpiceCSM.

 

Personal Information.

SpiceCSM collects personal data that you provide through forms and other explicit data collection methods you interact with.  SpiceCSM also collects cookie and browsing information when permitted by your browser.  Data is stored in a secure server for use by SpiceCSM for internal marketing and sales activities.  Data may also be used to communicate with you about registered and upcoming events.  Your information will never be sold.  Your information will not be shared, unless explicitly required. By providing your information you agree to be contacted by members of SpiceCSM including the use of automated dialing technology. 

You can opt out of having your information stored by clicking the "unsubscribe/opt out" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing marketing@spicecsm.com with your registered email address and explicitly asking to be removed.
