Is pricing billed annually, quarterly, or monthly?

Pricing is typically billed monthly however larger commitments are available.

What if I have more/less users on in a given month?

No problem!  We'll figure out what number of users makes the most sense and you will only get billed if you go use more seats.

Is pricing per named or concurrent user?

Pricing is listed for named users, however we do offer concurrent user plans.  Please contact us for more information!

Is there a limit on the number of records in the CRM?

No, there are currently no limits to the number of records you can manage in the CRM.

Can I create my own CRM fields?

Every SpiceCSM package allows you to create your own custom CRM fields and layout.  You can also define separate layouts for different groups of records, as well as define relationships between different records.

Who is SpiceCSM Essentials For?

SpiceCSM Essentials package is for the business that needs a robust customer and case management tool to track customer interactions without all the other noise.

Who is SpiceCSM Professional For?

SpiceCSM Professional is for the business who needs some more bells and whistles.  This is our most popular license, and allows you to completely transform your business with an integrated CRM, guided process workflows, and scheduled automations.
